What it costs

France: €4.90 — free on orders over €30
European Union: €4.90 — free on orders over €30
Rest of the world (14 countries served): €7.90

How long it takes

France and the European Union: 2 to 14 business days
International: 15 to 25 business days
500 W fog machine: about 7 business days, it ships from Germany

Why such a wide range? Because depending on the item, your order ships from Europe or from Asia. We would rather quote wide and deliver early than the other way round. The clock starts when the parcel ships, not when you order — allow 24 to 48 h for preparation.

To get it before Halloween

Order before 18 October. After that we cannot guarantee anything for the 31st.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves, you get an email with a tracking number. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder, then write to us.

If several items in your order come from different warehouses, they may arrive in several parcels, on different dates. That is normal, and you are not charged twice.

Returns and refunds

You have 14 days, with no reason to give

Under article L.221-18 of the French consumer code, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind. No reason to give, no penalty.

Write to us at sav.nokta.shop@gmail.com or call +33 6 12 48 62 96 with your order number. We reply within 24 h with the procedure and the return address.

In what condition

The product must come back complete and in a state that allows it to be resold. You may have tried it — as you would in a shop — but not run it for a whole party.

Who pays for the return

You changed your mind: the return postage is at your expense.
Faulty, broken or not as described: we pay, in full.

Refund

Once the return has arrived and been checked, you are refunded within 14 days at the latest, to the payment method used for the order. Original delivery charges included, if you send the whole order back.

Damaged parcel or product broken on arrival

Take a photo before you throw anything away, and send it to us in the days following delivery. We sort it out quickly, without making you ship the parcel back when that is not necessary.

Your legal guarantees

Separately from all of the above, you have the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French consumer code, 2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French civil code). NoKta is a French shop and sells under French law.
