How long does delivery take?
2 to 14 business days in France and the European Union, 15 to 25 days for the rest of the world. The 500 W fog machine ships from Germany and arrives in about 7 business days. Full details on the Delivery and returns page.
I want it before Halloween — is that still possible?
Order before 18 October. After that date we can no longer guarantee delivery in time for the 31st.
Is delivery free?
Yes, on orders over €30 in France and the EU. Below that it is €4.90.
I ordered several items and only received one parcel
That is normal. Depending on the item, parts of your order may ship from different warehouses and arrive separately, a few days apart. You get a tracking number for each parcel.
How do I track my parcel?
An email with the tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships. Do check your spam folder.
The products
Is fog fluid included with the 500 W machine?
No. Like every machine of this type, it runs on a special “water-based” fog fluid, sold separately — expect €10 to €15 for a one-litre bottle, from a party shop, a music shop or online.
Careful: “water-based” does not mean “water”. Never use plain water, or any other liquid — you would damage the machine for good.
And what does the mist maker run on?
Tap water, nothing else. Drop it into the bottom of a cauldron filled with water, plug it in, and the lit mist spills over the rim. Nothing to buy again.
What is the difference between the mist maker and the fog machine?
The mist maker creates a light, coloured mist that stays close to the container: that is the “bubbling potion” effect on a table. The 500 W fog machine fills a whole room with a thick cloud: that is the “haunted house” effect. The two work together, which is why we also sell them as a pack.
What kind of plug do the electrical products have?
A European plug (type C/E), which fits sockets in France, Germany and most of continental Europe. In the UK or Ireland you will need a simple travel adapter.
Can the decorations be reused?
Yes — spider webs, drapes, string lights and cauldrons pack away and come back out the following year.
Do the glow-in-the-dark webs need a UV lamp?
No. They charge in daylight and then glow in the dark. The more daylight they get, the stronger the effect in the evening.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, CB, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments go through Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never have access to your card details — they do not pass through our servers.
Do the prices shown include VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT.
Returns and customer service
Can I change my mind?
You have 14 days from delivery to send an item back, with no reason to give. The full procedure is on the Delivery and returns page.
My product arrived broken
Take a photo before you throw away the packaging, and write to us. We sort it out quickly, at our expense.
